Refund Policy
Last updated: July 4, 2026
Coins are a digital product that is credited to your wallet immediately after a successful payment, so most purchases are final. This policy explains exactly when a refund is and isn't possible.
1. Once coins are used, the purchase is final
As soon as any coins from a purchase are spent on a conversion or question-bank generation, that purchase becomes non-refundable. The Service delivers the paid feature instantly and in full at the moment of use, so there is nothing left to reverse once coins have been consumed — even if only part of the purchased coins were used.
2. Unused coins
If you purchased coins and have not used any of them yet, you may request a refund by contacting us at aboutverma9042@gmail.com within 7 days of the purchase. We'll verify the coins are untouched and process the refund to your original payment method.
3. Failed or duplicate payments
If a payment fails but the amount is deducted from your account, or you're charged more than once for the same purchase due to a technical error, the full duplicate/failed amount is always refundable. Contact us with your transaction reference and we'll investigate with PayU and refund any amount confirmed as wrongly charged.
4. How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase, via PayU, typically within 5–7 business days of approval. We do not issue refunds in cash or to a different account/instrument.
5. How to request a refund
Email aboutverma9042@gmail.com with the email address on your account and, if available, the transaction ID from your Wallet page. We aim to respond within 2–3 business days.
